瓦楞纸板生产线生产过程中起楞过程中会出现瓦楞纸断裂的问题，瓦楞纸断裂这是鉴别瓦楞纸适应性的重要指标。
其出现原因：
1.单面机预热张力
2.瓦楞纸刹车器
3.在进入上下瓦楞辊时受到的弯曲与剪切力
解决办法：
①瓦楞原纸质量不好，更换瓦楞原纸。
②瓦楞辊磨损，
进行简易修复或更换瓦楞辊。
③瓦楞辊间隙太小，修正和调整瓦楞辊的贴合间隙。
④运行中机械性损坏，检查并修复机械性不当造成的损伤。
⑤刹车过紧，降低气刹压力减少刹车紧力。
⑥预热包角过大，减少预热包角。
