The print is deep in the front and light in the back, or light in the front and deep in the back.

(1) The contact force between the inking roller and the printing plate and the ink transfer roller is incorrect; adjust the contact force.

(2) Replace the rubber blanket or the covering.

(3) The thickness of the printing plate is uneven, and the flatness is poor; replace with a qualified printing plate.

(4) The roller bearings are worn, and the clearance is large; check and replace the bearings.

(5) The position of the ink transfer roller is incorrect; generally, the direction change is performed when the roller enters the neutral position.

(6) The ink roller bearings are damaged; replace the bearings.

(7) The ink output adjustment is inappropriate; insufficient or excessive ink supply; readjust the ink supply system.

(8) Improper ink mixing, high viscosity; readjust the ink properties.
