1. The gap between the ink roller and the ink blade is not adjusted evenly; the gap should be corrected.
2. The braking force of the ink roller drive surface is too small; adjust the pressure of the brake spring on the ink roller drive surface.
3. The outer circle of the ink transfer roller is deformed and contacts the ink roller unevenly; the ink transfer roller should be replaced.
4. The contact pressure adjustment between the ink transfer roller and the ink roller is improper; the contact pressure should be readjusted.
