(1) The contact force between the inking roller and the printing plate and the ink transfer roller is incorrect; adjust the contact force.

(2) Replace the rubber blanket or the covering.

(3) The thickness of the printing plate is uneven, and the flatness is poor; replace with a qualified printing plate.

(4) The roller bearings are worn, and the clearance is large; check and replace the bearings.

(5) The position of the ink transfer roller is incorrect; generally, the direction change is performed when the roller enters the neutral position.

(6) The ink roller bearings are damaged; replace the bearings.

(7) The ink output adjustment is inappropriate, with insufficient or excessive ink supply; readjust the ink supply system.

(8) The ink mixing is improper, with high viscosity; readjust the ink properties.
