Three (five) layer corrugated cardboard production line.

The production line consists of a suction-type corrugating machine, hydraulic raw paper rack, automatic paper feeding machine, gluing machine, drying machine, straight knife cutting machine, single (double) layer preheating cylinder, and corner board collection platform, with a mechanical speed of 120 meters/minute. Its features include a high degree of automation, with the automatic paper feeding machine achieving non-stop paper roll change, simple and convenient operation, high efficiency, and high cardboard quality. Especially, our company's patented product "wan knife cutting machine" uses German motion control technology, which improves the cutting accuracy of the cardboard and allows for the nesting of cardboard, achieving material savings.

Note: The speed test paper for the production line should meet the following requirements: (The surface temperature of the equipment should not be lower than 172 degrees)

The grade of the raw paper must not be lower than grade B. The moisture content of the raw paper is approximately: 11±2.

Face paper: 100-250g/m2. Core paper: 100-250g/m2.

Fluting paper: 100-200g/m2.

Maximum pressure: 1.2Mpa.

Common pressure: 0.8-1.1Mpa.
