1. Functional Features

 Roller diameter φ320mm, φ360mm, φ380mm, φ420mm.

 Roller length: 1600——2500mm.

 The corrugated roller is made of tungsten carbide, and the adsorption method is internal suction.

 The corrugated roller and pressure roller are designed as a modular structure.

 The coating system can be completely removed from the machine.

 The corrugated roller, pressure roller, and glue roller use pneumatic loading.

 The amount of glue is electrically adjustable, equipped with a computer for automatic glue tracking.

 Corrugated roller profile (UV/A, C, B, E) is optional.

 Speed: 150-200 meters/minute.
