1. Functional Features

 Roller diameter φ320mm, φ360mm, φ380mm.

 Roller length: 1600——2500mm.

 The corrugated roller is made of 48CrMo hard chrome plated or tungsten carbide.

 Pneumatic independent coating structure.

 The gearbox adopts a closed oil-immersed gear transmission, connected to the main machine's universal shaft.

 The roller adopts a support-type assembly for easy disassembly.

 Electric glue adjustment, equipped with a computer for automatic glue following.

 Corrugated roller adsorption method: internal suction type, cover suction type.

 Roller corrugation type (UV/A, C, B, E) optional.

 Speed: 100-250 meters/minute.
