1. Functional Features
Roller diameter φ308mm, φ320mm.
This machine is equipped with two sets of rollers with different fluting types. By rotating the switching handle, it can switch to another fluting type and immediately start production.
The gluing system adopts a grouped design, and the assembly can be separated from the main machine for easy operation.
It uses an independent gearbox connected to the main machine's universal joint.
Hydraulic pressing method.
Roller fluting types (UV/A, C, B, E) are optional.
Width: 1400——2200mm.
Speed: 100——180 meters/minute.
