1. Functional Features
This machine consists of a hot bonding section, a cold shaping section, and a drive section.
The double-sided machine can choose between roller pressing and touch plate pressing methods. The large belt pressure adjustment has two methods: hydraulic and mechanical lifting.
The drive roller is made of vulcanized rubber casting, with a surface engraved in a herringbone pattern.
The gearbox uses an independent closed oil-immersed gear box, with a synchronous belt drive between the motor and the gearbox.
The connection between the gearbox and the drive section uses a universal joint drive.
