The OH-W refrigerant recovery machine is specifically designed for the recovery of low-temperature refrigerants R508b and R23, as well as for the separation of nitrogen from refrigerants or halon fire extinguishing agents 1301 and 1211. It can achieve low temperatures, enabling the liquid storage of low-temperature refrigerants such as R508 and R23, as well as halon fire extinguishing agents 1301 and 1211, which ordinary recovery machines are unable to achieve.

Main features:

1. It can be used to recover refrigerants such as R508b and R23 in low-temperature refrigeration units,;

2. Separate the nitrogen from halon 1301 and 1211, and extract pure 1301 and 1211;

3. Recover the mixed gas after refrigerant and nitrogen pressurization and leak detection, and separate the nitrogen from the refrigerant to ensure that the refrigerant is stored in liquid form for reuse;

4. Both liquid and gaseous refrigerants can be quickly recovered and recycled;

5. It possesses the functions of waste oil separation and removal, as well as multiple drying and filtering processes, ensuring the purity and dryness of the recycled refrigerant, thereby achieving the economic goal of recycling and reuse;

6. PLC industrial programmer automation control automatically detects the safe operation of the entire machine. When recycling is completed, temperature is abnormal, liquid level is too high, or pressure is abnormal, the equipment will automatically judge and handle the situation, display the fault phenomenon and reason, and automatically shut down for manual processing if necessary;

7. Multiple protections such as leakage protection, pressure protection, and temperature protection ensure safe and reliable use;

8. Automatically shut down when negative pressure is restored, ensuring more thorough recovery;
