Common faults of high-speed inkjet printers regarding uneven ink supply, general solutions are as follows:
1. The gap between the ink roller and the ink blade is not adjusted evenly, the gap should be corrected.
2. The braking force of the ink roller drive surface is too small, adjust the pressure of the ink roller drive surface brake spring.
3. The outer circle of the ink transfer roller is deformed and contacts the ink roller unevenly, the ink transfer roller should be replaced.
4. Improper adjustment of the contact pressure between the ink transfer roller and the ink roller, the contact pressure can be readjusted.
