Dryer

1. The dryer has caused extensive delamination of the cardboard due to prolonged downtime, especially prominent in three-layer boards.

During production, try to avoid stopping. If stopping is necessary, operators should predict the downtime based on the situation. If the downtime is not brief (more than two minutes for five-layer boards, more than half a minute for three-layer boards), the paper layers should be cut before the gluing machine, and the cardboard should be removed from the drying path.

2. The conveyor belt of the dryer is misaligned, causing delamination and poor adhesion at the edges of the cardboard.

Adjust the correction handwheel; manually bond any defective cardboard detected during stacking.

3. The drying path temperature of the dryer is too high, causing the adhesive on the cardboard to delaminate and break, commonly seen in three-layer cardboard and brittle inner paper.

Increase the speed of the dryer while appropriately venting to reduce pressure, and notify the gluing machine to increase the amount of glue applied as needed.
