1. At the request of the customer, use ordinary box board paper as the face paper. After passing through the preheater, the base paper becomes brittle and will tear when entering the dryer.

Reduce the tension of the face paper, or manually assist in rotating the roll of paper until it returns to normal.

2. After entering the dryer, the edge lines of the face paper and the single-sided cardboard are misaligned, and the emergency production paper width varies.

First, ensure that the edges and heads of each layer of paper are aligned before sending them into the dryer. If they are misaligned when sent in, increasing the speed of the dryer can correct it, but the misaligned part will already constitute waste. Regardless of whether the face paper is wider or narrower than the single-sided corrugated cardboard, it must be aligned on one side.

Furthermore, if the edge line of the face paper roll is not vertically aligned with the paper holder of the paper clamp, even if the edges and heads of the base paper are aligned when sent into the dryer, they will become misaligned after running for a distance. To solve this problem, we can hang a line from the side of the paper holder of the conveyor bridge to a point 0.5 cm above the roll of paper on the non-axle support, and then press the button on the non-axle support to adjust the edge of the face paper to be vertical with the line.
