1. Excessive stacking of single-sided cardboard on the bridge, the dryer speed is too fast or suddenly accelerates, causing breaks that are not securely bonded.

The bridge operator should pay attention to the uniform speed increase of the dryer, and the start should not be too fast. The bonding ends should align with the running direction of the cardboard, and there should be no stopping during the joint. Also, the stacking amount of single-sided corrugated cardboard on the single-sided machine should not exceed one-third of the bridge length.

2. When the widths of the inner paper and corrugated paper are inconsistent, the paper holder controlling its direction may break.

When the width of the corrugated paper is wide, the two paper holders should be adjusted to slightly less than the width of the corrugated paper; if the inner paper is wide, the part exceeding the width of the corrugated paper should be neatly cut off in front of the paper holder.

3. After the dryer is started, the layers of single-sided cardboard are not aligned.

Before starting the dryer, based on the incoming and outgoing dimensions on one side of the longitudinal cutting edge knife, move the paper holders of each layer of single-sided cardboard outward by 2-3 cm.

Lowering the single-sided corrugated board dryer, pay attention to the startup speed of each layer of corrugated board when passing through the bridge.
